Calculator inputs

Your starting rank, stars, match statistics, optional nickname, and optional displayed rank are processed in your browser. HoK can also use a W/L list; MCGG can use placement counts and champion rate. This release has no user accounts, game-account connection, or server database for these inputs. It does not intentionally save your calculation history.

Links, cards, and sharing

Result cards are generated locally and may include your nickname and displayed rank. Share links encode calculation inputs after the # character in the URL. Nicknames are omitted. MLBB and MCGG links can include the optional displayed-rank comparison; HoK links omit it. Long HoK match lists share only the calculator page instead of the complete list.

URL fragments are not sent as part of an ordinary request to the web server, but they are not secret. Anyone with a shared link or image can read it. Your browser history, extensions, scripts on the page, email provider, and chosen sharing service may also have access. Shared results are self-reported and do not verify an account.

Feedback, comments, and suggestions

The feedback page prepares a message on your device. It does not submit a message to a website server or publish a comment. You choose whether to open an email app, open Gmail, or copy the draft. You must send the email yourself for it to reach gettruerank@gmail.com.

If you choose Gmail, the prepared subject and message are passed to Gmail to compose your email. If you send a message, the site operator receives the content, your sender address, and any name or attachments you include. Google/Gmail and your own email provider process that correspondence under their respective policies. See Google’s privacy policy.

Feedback is used to review issues, respond, and improve the site. Correspondence is kept only as needed for those purposes and any applicable obligations. You can request deletion by email; copies held by your email provider or in its backups are subject to its controls. Avoid passwords, payment information, or other sensitive personal information.

Offline files and device storage

A service worker caches website files for offline use. This cache contains application files, not a saved match-history database. You can remove it through your browser’s site-data settings. Copying a result or feedback draft places that text on your device’s clipboard at your request.

Hosting and connection information

The site uses Cloudflare Pages hosting when published at gettruerank.com. Cloudflare processes connection and request information, such as IP addresses, requested paths, browser details, and security signals, to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare may use security-related storage or cookies depending on the protection settings enabled. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Advertising and analytics

TrueRank is configured to use Google AdSense on its calculator pages. Advertising is enabled only after the site operator activates it and completes the required privacy-message setup. When enabled, Google and its advertising partners may process information such as IP address, browser/device details, advertising identifiers, page interactions, and cookie or local-storage data to deliver, measure, and protect ads. Personalized advertising depends on applicable choices and requirements. The site does not send calculator form fields or nicknames to an advertising API as part of its calculation logic, but third-party scripts on a page can access page information.

Where required, a Google-certified consent message lets you accept, refuse, or manage advertising choices before applicable processing. Use the privacy-choice link supplied by that message to revisit your choices. Blocking ads or refusing optional consent does not change the calculator’s arithmetic. Ad privacy choices

On pages displaying Google’s consent controls, use the privacy-choice or withdrawal link to review your selection. If no control is shown and you have a privacy question, contact gettruerank@gmail.com. Clearing browser site data also removes stored local preferences and may cause a new choice prompt.

You can use the calculators without a nickname, avoid sharing results, clear stored site data, and contact the site operator about personal information in feedback. Privacy rights and available remedies depend on your location. Use Feedback or email gettruerank@gmail.com.
